The Graber Family | Ohio Spring Maternity Session

One of the reasons I enjoy being a photographer is because you have the opportunity to build strong relationships with your clients. You know the kinds of clients I’m talking about! They are the ones that found you when you were just starting out. They trusted in you to take photos of their family or wedding. This is exactly my experience with the Graber Family. When they asked me to shoot their wedding, they knew it would be one of my first weddings I shot. However, Rylie and Ryan saw something in me and knew I would be successful at this job I love. They also knew that I was still going to be around as a photographer after they got married. I was so excited when they reached out to me again to capture their second maternity session!

Those first few clients, like the Grabers, are awesome because they are so supportive. They not only get to experience working with you during a session or wedding, but they get to see you grow as a person and a photographer. I have been so blessed with the opportunity to keep taking photos of the Graber family after they got married. I shot their first maternity session, their little girl Blake’s one year old cake smash, their family photos, and now this maternity session for their second child. This family is just amazing! ❤️

The Rutherford B. Hayes Center in Fremont, Ohio is such a lovely place for any photo session! The walkways and surrounding grounds of the estate are so beautiful during any season. In addition to taking photos of Rylie, we also made sure to get some photos of the whole family and just Blake by herself. She is so adorable!

It’s so important to make sure you schedule a maternity session with your photographer! When you are expecting, you still have a lot of time to get things ready and most importantly, time for yourself. Once the baby comes, you are devoting all of your time to taking care of your little one. Even if you already have a child and the maternity session is for your second child, it’s challenging taking a care of a newborn no matter what stage of life you’re in! Making the time to document these special moments is so important!

Finding a photographer that you know and trust is the best way to make sure you receive the type of photos you want. You chose your wedding photographer because you loved their style! Wedding photographers also shoot families because they want to continue that relationship with those clients. Watching my wedding couples change and grow by starting a family is so special! This is why I love to take maternity photos for my past wedding clients! It’s just as important to document your family as it is your wedding day.

I would love to schedule a maternity session for you! Be sure to inquire with me to secure your date!

Brooklyn celebrated her 1st birthday with a smash cake session at Eshleman Fruit Farm in Clyde, Ohio! To capture these images, especially for a fall session, we went to an apple orchard. I love visiting public places for photo sessions, especially when I know the owners of the location. If you follow my blog and […]

Kathryn and Brian’s summer wedding in Fremont, Ohio was so special and unique! The ceremony was held at Grace Lutheran Church with the reception taking place at The Victors Event Center. These venues are both located in Fremont. We started their photos at Kathryn and Brian’s house, complete with gorgeous white barns in the background. […]

Gloria and Andrew’s engagement session at White Star Park in Gibsonburg, Ohio was such a fun photo shoot! This young couple was so lovely to work with! They were ALL IN for any silly prompts and poses I suggested. White Star Park offered so many great spots for their photos! I can’t believe their wedding […]
