Gloria and Andrew’s engagement session at White Star Park in Gibsonburg, Ohio was such a fun photo shoot! This young couple was so lovely to work with! They were ALL IN for any silly prompts and poses I suggested. White Star Park offered so many great spots for their photos! I can’t believe their wedding is only a month away! 🥰

This couple met back in 2014 through the bride’s cousins, but didn’t actually start dating until October 2017. Gloria and Andrew got engaged exactly two years later on October 29, 2020. They have set their wedding date for October 29, 2022, five years to the day that they started dating. ❤️ One of their favorite activities together is doing anything that takes place outdoors. Gloria loves to bake, and Andrew loves eating anything that Gloria bakes haha!

Their engagement session ended up taking place on a really hot summer day! I actually contacted Gloria beforehand and told her to bring a comb/brush and some extra hair products in case we needed to tame her flyaways(⚠️ PRO TIP). She told me not to worry as she had styled her hair into a high ponytail with curls (⚠️ PRO TIP). She was really smart to style her hair this way. It looked ADORABLE! 😍 I mean, check out that pony tail!👇🏼

White Star Park has multiple locations to choose from for engagement photos including a barn, quarry, open fields, and a campground. We were able to take photos in lots of different spots on the property. Any time I schedule an engagement session, I always keep a really good eye on the weather. I stay in constant contact with my couples to let them know if we have to reschedule or if it’s going to be really hot or cold. That way, they are prepared and can make an outfit change if necessary. 😏
