Baker Reception

Thanks to COVID-19 this couple got to party twice for their wedding celebration! Last year they had a small intimate ceremony and decided to hold off for a reception. COVID-19 has brought so many positive and negatives to the wedding industry. It’s had it’s ups and downs, just like everything. And thankfully for this couple (if we want to pull out a positive) they had the opportunity to have a “second wedding” – as sister Kelly mentioned in her speech. But this time, with way more family and friends.

*Tip for future brides, want to do a fun shot?πŸŽ‰ Bring at least 3 bottles of champagne, I’ll help you with the rest. 😏πŸ₯‚

Paula and Austin are a power couple, I’ve seen them together for years now. They complement each other well and they are both caring and understanding. It was a blast to not only shoot your reception but also enjoy it with my family….and eat s’mores! 😍

Here’s to Paula and Austin, and despite the dreary weather, it was one heck of a party! πŸ₯‚ Welcome to the first year of marriage and the beginning of stages of “newly weds.” You two will learn so much about each other and I wish the best for both of you. Enjoy each other’s company, try not to argue over the little things, compliment each other and don’t forget to say “I love you.”

I love making connections before I shoot any engagement session, especially when I already know half of the couple! Dakota and I both work for the same company, Sunrise Cooperative in Ohio. I work in the marketing department and he in the energy department. His area of expertise deals with propane gas, fuel delivery, off […]

I’m so thrilled to show another beautiful fall engagement session! Look at those colors?! Every season is wonderful because even in good ‘ole Ohio, I can find the beauty in the simplest things. Someone once told me, β€œOh, you call that art? We call that junk!” I literally laughed out loud! It’s amazing the difference […]
