This intimate wedding was so near and dear to my heart! The groom, Kristopher, is my cousin and it was a joy to be a part of the day he married the love of his life.
Due to the coronavirus this wedding was another small, intimate wedding. The ceremony took place at a beautiful catholic church in Athens, Ohio and extended family members came to celebrate. This wedding was on a HOT July day, so thank you Kris and Jennie for being troopers when we were shooting outside! I GREATLY appreciate it!
Kris and Jennie met at Bluffton University running track and cross-country. Their mutual passion for running and being active and fit is what brought them together, and it’s something they still love to this day!
Even though they met in college and saw each other almost every day while attending Bluffton, they’ve been long distant now for over a year. Kris graduated recently and moved up to Cleveland for his job, while Jennie stayed in Athens to finish her degree in Dietetics. Long distance will continue for them for the next months as well, until Jennie finishes school in December. I know they can’t wait to be together in the same place again!
The distance may be hard now but before you know it, it will be December! The next few months will fly by. Distance is only a number when it comes to love, so don’t get boggled down by the number of miles. You two can do this, I have confidence!
Kris & Jennie, congratulations again, you guys! I’ve loved watching your relationship grow, and I can’t wait to see where life takes you. Love you guys!
