It’s that time of year again! Arlington Acres wedding venue in Tiffin, Ohio hosts a bridal show each year, and I was honored to be a vendor this time around! As a local wedding photographer who has captured weddings here in the past, it was special to represent my business and talk to guests about what I love to do.

There is a such a great advantage to visiting a bridal show when you’re planning a wedding! Instead of endlessly searching the internet for wedding vendors and trying to contact them individually, you can meet vendors in person and make a connection. Vendors can show you their work, share their pricing based on your budget, and you can ask them questions.

Arlington Acres provided a large variety of wedding vendors including bakers, videographers, catering, hair and make up artists, bartenders, and decor rentals. Depending on what you’re looking for on your wedding day, you can easily plan your entire wedding day just by visiting a bridal show!

Attending a bridal show gives future bride and groom the ability to see the wedding venue “in action” and the layout of the venue. As a wedding photographer who has shot here before, potential clients can see my work from the venue to get an idea of what a wedding day would look like. I love talking to potential couples because it gives me the chance to learn about their vision for their wedding day! Even if the couple doesn’t book the venue where the bridal show is taking place, I can still take pictures anywhere because of my experience shooting over fifty weddings!

Making Connections

It was great to not only be represented as a local wedding photographer, but I was also able to visit with fellow vendors that I’ve previously worked with. There was a number of vendors, all ranging from catering companies to seamstresses, that I either know personally or have recommended to my past wedding couples.

I loved this event because it was open to the public. Even if you weren’t a bride, you were still welcome to visit! Arlington Acres is a beautiful wedding venue…and even if you weren’t getting married, this venue was one to see during their annual bridal show in April! 😍
