Kathryn and Brian’s summer wedding in Fremont, Ohio was so special and unique! The ceremony was at Grace Lutheran Church with the reception taking place at The Victors Event Center. These venues are both located in Fremont. We started their photos at Kathryn and Brian’s house, complete with gorgeous white barns in the background. Their engagement photos were also taken here at their house. It was such a beautiful day for their wedding. I was so blessed to capture another celebration for this amazing family!

Such A Special Summer Wedding

This summer wedding in Fremont, Ohio was very special for me as I have known the groom’s side of the family for a very long time! They are dairy farmers and have Jersey cows. If you follow my work, I photographed Brian’s brother’s Jason for his high school senior photos. This family has been so near and dear to my heart. Brian, Jason and the other three brothers treat me like family and their parents Amy and Tim are such sweet people! I enjoy watching this family grow, seeing the brothers get married and start families of their own.

After capturing getting ready and detail shots at Kathryn and Brian’s house, the ceremony took place at Grace Lutheran Church in Fremont. Kathryn had such a beautiful bridal bouquet with light pinks, dusty blues, ivories, and several shades of green. Likewise the bridesmaids wore long sage green dresses while the groomsmen wore matching light beige suits. Kathryn even hired me to design their wedding invitations! Family formals and some of the bride and groom portraits were taken right outside the church. We traveled back to Brian and Kathryn’s home and The Hayes Center for bride and groom and bridal party portraits. The guests headed to the reception at The Victors Event Center in Fremont to start the festivities. The owners of the reception venue also own the Mexican restaurant across the street, so everyone enjoyed the delicious Mexican food!

On the way back to the reception venue, we stopped at Brian’s brother and sister in law’s house to shoot some pictures between the rows of corn! Thankfully the entire group at this wedding were so much fun to work with. Kathryn was up for any posing ideas throughout the day! All of their guests had a blast dancing at the reception and celebrating with the newlyweds!
