I cannot say enough wonderful things about this wedding! It was one of the the best wedding I have ever shot. Everything from the sunny weather to the catholic ceremony, to the dancing at the end of the evening, everything was perfect.

After the ceremony, we headed over to the Bradner Preserve just outside of Bradner, Ohio for photos. There was a pond and a beautiful willow tree that was perfect for photos! Julia had a beautiful, long veil, which added so much magic to their photos. Future brides, if you’re not considering wearing a veil, let me gently suggest you reconsider! They add such a touch of romance and magic! The longer the better in my opinion. 😉

The reception was held one town over at Freeport Banquet Hall in Wayne, Ohio. The guest list had to be cut down due to COVID-19, but it was still a hopping party! As soon as the DJ started the music, everybody immediately came out on the dance floor. That’s definitely a benefit of having a great DJ, and also the benefit of having families like Julia’s & Cory’s! Both sides are big into dancing and that absolutely showed during the reception! From the dirty dancing “lift” (multiple times) to getting grandma out on the dance floor, my second shooter and I got some awesome shots. A great party is when there’s a TON of dancing….and a ton of dancing equals LOTS of great photos!

Speaking of second shooter, this was the first time I had ever worked with Jen, and Jen you are AWESOME! We worked so well together, and I cannot wait for future opportunities. I have worked with the videographer once before, and it was so fun to work together again. Between the 3 of us, we were a vendor power team and worked so well together. Julia & Cory, you guys are seriously the best! You were so accommodating, insanely sweet, and just the friendliest and nicest people ever. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for hiring me as your wedding photographer. It was my honor and privilege, and I cannot wait to get you two in front of my camera again!
