Who says you only have to have one senior session in the fall? Why not book two sessions and get more variety? This was the case with my high school senior, Audra Miller! I loved capturing more photos for her spring senior session in Old Fort, Ohio! Audra is such a wonderfully rounded young lady, and we knew that just one session wouldn’t be enough to tell her complete story. 🥎🏐
Audra is definitely someone who excels at a variety of sports and activities, not to mention someone who loves being in front of the camera. For her fall senior session, we set up photos at her family’s farm to show off her awards for 4-H and include the animals. They also had a beautiful creek that we got photos at (check that blog post out here 😉). Audra is a senior at Old Fort High School, which is my alma mater. It was nostalgic coming back here for the second round of Audra’s senior portraits. SO MUCH AS CHANGED! 👏🏼 From the gym to the softball fields, it looks so nice!
Old Fort High School is the home of the Stockaders (think of a Daniel Boone with a coonskin cap 😂). For this spring session, we headed to the softball field first for softball pictures. I loved seeing the new updates that they have made since I was in school – new dugouts, nice sidewalks, and cool new graphics. 😉 The school has done a great job with all of these improvements! We also took some cap and gown outside the high school. Audra also got us access to the school gym and the locker room so we could take volleyball pictures. Let’s not forget to mention her 1000 career assists for the volleyball team! Way to go girl!
I have known this family for years and it was a privilege to be able to shoot her all of these senior photos. Audra is so friendly and awesome to work with. I have loved getting to know her personally through her senior sessions! 🥰
Because Audra had the privilege of booking two separate senior sessions in good ole Old Fort, Ohio with me, she had the opportunity to wear a lot of different outfits. 🙌🏼 I work with all of my high school seniors on what to wear for their session, but in case you need a reminder, here’s a quick list.
Quick List of Senior Outfit Recommendations
- A nice, but not too low cut, flowy dress for senior girls
- Solid colors and jeans
- Suit or nice button up shirt for the senior guys
- Your school gear to include sports uniform, letterman jacket, and/or college shirt/sweatshirt
- Match your shoes! Do not forget about them!
- Incorporate a hobby or a sport
- Lots of accessories: necklace, earrings, rings, watch or favorite belt, hats, etc. Bring them to your session for variety!
Thank you Audra for allowing me to document your fall and spring senior session in Old Fort, Ohio! Here’s to the Class of 2024! 🎓 If you’re about to become a high school senior, I’m already booking sessions for the summer season! Inquire with me to check my calendar!
